TINNITUS ASSESSMENT

Tinnitus assessment would typically be completed after a comprehensive hearing evaluation.

  • Completion of questionnaires
  • Extended high-frequency Pure-tone evaluation
  • Measurements of loudness tolerance levels
  • Tinnitus pitch and loudness match
  • Minimum masking levels
  • Residual Inhibition

TREATMENT DEVICE(S) SELECTION / CONSULTATION

Review results (FDA and Texas Department of State Health Services regulations recommend the hearing evaluation be completed within the preceding six months of the consultation appointment)
