Tinnitus assessment would typically be completed after a comprehensive hearing evaluation.

TREATMENT DEVICE(S) SELECTION / CONSULTATION

Review results (FDA and Texas Department of State Health Services regulations recommend the hearing evaluation be completed within the preceding six months of the consultation appointment)

  • Earmold impressions if necessary
